No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final. Nexus Auction House does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items sold through our auctions, private sales, online sales, or estate sales.

Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all available descriptions, condition reports, photographs, and additional information prior to bidding or purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the condition, authenticity, provenance, and suitability of any item before sale.

Condition & Descriptions

All descriptions, condition statements, and estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute warranties or representations. Items may show signs of age, wear, restoration, or damage consistent with their age and use.

Bidding Acknowledgement

By placing a bid or completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The item is purchased as is

• No refunds or chargebacks will be issued

• The sale is final and binding

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the event of:

• Failure of title (legal ownership issue)

• Material misrepresentation proven in writing and accepted by Nexus Auction House

All exceptions, if any, are subject to Nexus Auction House’s sole discretion.
