By accessing or using the website, services, or participating in any auction, private sale, or estate sale conducted by Nexus Auction House, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Nexus Auction House acts as an agent for consignors and does not own the majority of items offered for sale. All property is sold on behalf of third-party owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, bid, or purchase. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Property Sold “As Is”

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Nexus Auction House makes no representations regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, authenticity, attribution, provenance, or condition.

All descriptions, estimates, and condition reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not warranties.

4. No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

5. Bidding & Purchase

Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer.

Nexus Auction House reserves the right to:

• Reject any bid

• Withdraw any lot

• Resolve disputes at its sole discretion

6. Payment

Full payment must be made within the stated time frame after the auction or purchase. Accepted payment methods may include wire transfer, credit card, cash, or other approved methods.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Cancellation of sale

• Forfeiture of deposit

• Legal action

7. Shipping & Collection

Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Nexus Auction House is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping once items leave our premises or custody.

8. Risk of Loss

All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon release of the item.

9. Estimates & Reserves

All estimates are provided as a guide only and may not reflect actual selling prices. Items may be subject to reserve prices.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, text, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Nexus Auction House and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Auction House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any auction, sale, or use of this website.

12. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

14. Amendments

Nexus Auction House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
